13 Week Pregnancy Update!

Time for a catch up! This update covers weeks 11-13. Time got away with me, as well as overwhelming pregnancy symptoms, and challenges with technology. So, you get one big update instead.
I had hoped that this symptom would have eased by now, but I’m still struggling on this front. Energy is not something I have a lot of.
- Acid Reflux
Every single night after dinner. It’s not pleasant.
My emotions have been strong. I know that my constant need to cry is directly linked to all the hormonal changes, but it is still challenging to deal with. In fact, my mental state overall has been less than stellar. Weeks 11-12 were the most challenging. I felt angry, frustrated, and depressed at not being able to do all the things I usually can. I felt ‘less than’ in every area. Thankfully, as my symptoms have eased, so have these negative emotions.
Pulpy fruit juice, sushi, carrot cake, and tuna!
It has eased considerably but is still there now and again
- Round Ligament Pain
Not a lot, but here and there I feel it. Because I have a tilted uterus it pops out of my pelvis on the right-hand side. This means I get ligament pain on that side until it balances out.
