10 Week Pregnancy Update!

This week started out as a continuation of the week before. I was so nauseated and continued to be super fatigued. However, near the end of the week, things started to get a little brighter.
As I mentioned, my nausea at the beginning of the week was just as awful as ever. In fact, I would almost say it reached it’s worst point.
However, a day or two before my weeks switched over, I noticed that my nausea wasn’t quite as terrible. It didn’t really kick in until around 9 am, and then it was manageable with the proper diet (read: popcorn).
I had considerable more energy in the mornings, but by mid-afternoon, I was soooooo done for the day.
- Tummy Cramps
I still had some of these at the beginning of the week, but they died out. Thank goodness
- Acid Reflux
This has really stepped up a notch, and I reached for Gaviscon for the first time this pregnancy.
I was very, very emotional this week. There were 2 or 3 days where I was just on the brink of tears all day. This is so unlike me, so I knew it was the pregnancy.
Nothing major, but since food aversions aren’t quite as overwhelming, I’m starting to actually want to eat certain foods again.
I’ve been craving carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Sushi (or more like the soy sauce) is something I could eat for every meal if given the choice. And then there’s this fruit juice we have that is just oh so good.
